We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of a pre-cooling tower + Venturi + demister tower + two filling towers conducted by E-Techno. The gas-liquid contact is achieved through water (circulation + supply) for cooling, fume removal, and the injection of caustic soda aqueous solution for pH control to absorb acetic acid. The target substance, acetic acid gas, was reduced from 25,000 ppm to below 1 ppm, and fume-like sublimates were reduced from 5 g/Nm³ to below 0.1 g/Nm³.
