We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of a pre-cooling tower + Venturi + demister tower + two filling towers conducted by E-Techno. The gas-liquid contact is achieved through water (circulation + supply) for cooling, fume removal, and the injection of caustic soda aqueous solution for pH control to absorb acetic acid. The target substance, acetic acid gas, was reduced from 25,000 ppm to below 1 ppm, and fume-like sublimates were reduced from 5 g/Nm³ to below 0.1 g/Nm³. We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of a pre-cooling tower and a Venturi scrubber conducted by E-Techno. The processing gas volume is 100 Nm³, with a temperature consistently between 100-120°C, and a maximum of 160°C. The gas cooling design value was established using the provided particle size distribution data, designed to cool from 50°C to below 35°C. The inlet carbon particle (dust) concentration is 3 to 3.5 g/Nm³, and the outlet concentration is below 0.1 g/Nm³ (with an emission standard of below 0.3/Nm³). We would like to introduce a case study of the delivery of a pre-cooling tower and a Venturi scrubber conducted by E-Techno. The processing gas volume is 4568 Nm³/h, with a temperature of 60.4°C, targeting the removal of white pigment dust, achieving a reduction from 0.2 g/Nm³ to below 0.01 g/Nm³. Gas-liquid contact is achieved using water (circulation + replenishment) for cooling and removal of hydrogen. Particles in the circulating liquid are precipitated and collected.
